CODE

01

Respect comes first

Be direct, never demeaning. Critique the work, not the person. Say the hard thing to the person—never to the room afterward.

02

Own what is in front of you

If you say you will do it, own it through delivery. Make the outcome and date clear, chase dependencies, and close the loop. If you are blocked, say it early. Give owners room to work without seventeen mid-process opinions.

03

Know the delivery standard

We grade work when it is presented as ready—not while it is still being made. Push for exceptional; know when good is ready to ship.

04

The studio is evidence

Everything has a home. Keep the space ready for work and visitors. Personal comfort is welcome; personal mess is not. If you lead it, you own the reset.

05

Protect focus

Ask before interrupting. Never shout across the studio. Keep conversations focused. Use headphones or another room—and let people lock in.
